A Spring Day of Pictures...

My friend Carson and I went for a little photo walk the other day around 6:30... Gorgeous light!

I know things like this fence and macros of flowers are somewhat (ok, very) cliche, but I don't care! I love making images of them.

Miz Carson!

A roaster can check the progress of the roast by removing small samples and checking bean color. To be honest, I believe there's more to it than that, but I'll have to ask next time I'm taking pictures. :)

Noble Pictures two

Beans pour out of the roasting chamber of Noble's Probat, all smoke and the wafting scent of fresh roasted beans.

Jared Rennie and Caleb Peterson examine the fresh batch of beans, testing for quality and removing any inferior beans.

A shiny new afterburner sits in the half-renovated roasting room at Noble's new location in Ashland.
